Fill in the online booking form: enter your pick-up and drop-off addresses, the date, the time and the service you want, then send your request. It only takes a few minutes.

What happens after I send my booking request?

Your request is first pending: the driver receives it, then confirms it depending on availability. You're notified by email at every step: request received, booking confirmed, or driver unavailable. If the request isn't handled before the departure time, it expires automatically. The estimate is emailed to you as soon as the booking is accepted, and the invoice once the ride is completed.

Will I receive an estimate and an invoice?

Yes, automatically by email. As soon as the driver accepts your request, you receive your estimate. Once the ride is completed, your invoice is sent to the same email address.

Can I change or cancel my booking?
